The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Immigration Partner to join their office in the heart of the West End of London.

The firm currently has a consultant servicing their business immigration work, however, due to their employment and corporate commercial departments thriving, they are looking for an ambitious senior lawyer to come in to form this as a new department.

You will work with business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, chief executives, overseas individuals and individuals in the public eye.
Your caseload will include but not be limited to; Global mobility visa, high potential visa, skilled worker visa, sports persons, administrative review, start-up visa, and visa appeals.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with at least seven years PQE + (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be able to work without supervision
• You should have had some good business development experience
• Salary is competitive and dependent on your background, you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package
