The Opportunity
As our Strategic L&D Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the learning strategy that fuels our transformation. From designing leadership pathways to enabling agile learning at scale, this role offers the autonomy, visibility, and tools to make meaningful change happen.

• Delivering learning strategies tied to performance and culture and aligned with business goals
• Leading flagship programmes (e.g. future leaders, onboarding, skills acceleration)
• Designing and implementing scalable learning solutions
• Turning data into insight to shape business-aligned solutions
• Partnering with business units to build capability and career mobility
• Exploring new partnerships to modernise our learning ecosystem
