HCA UK Corporate Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join the Primary Care team at a corporate client site in Brighton. You will perform health assessments and wellbeing screenings for employees, working alongside GPs, nurses, and client health teams to support ongoing health and lifestyle choices.

The role involves delivering accurate health checks, coaching patients on prevention, and contributing to a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Role requires delivering health assessments and screenings.
• Experience in corporate/primary care settings preferred.
• Ability to coach and support wellbeing and lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality health assessments and wellbeing evaluations onsite at a corporate client site.
• Perform health checks: observations, vitals, capillary testing, BMI measurements.
• Guide patients through interpretation of screening results in clear language.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and client health teams to support wellbeing.
