Working Model: Hybrid Working OR Remote Working (dependent on location)

Employment status: Full-time, Permanent.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Office Location: Stanstead Abbotts, UK; Sofia, Bulgaria; Vienna, Austria; or within the EU on a remote basis.

Role Overview:

The Corporate Growth Manager - Gaming (BDM) will support the VP of Growth in executing the company's growth strategy. The focus is on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer engagement within the gambling industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience in the gambling sector, and skills in identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement growth strategies for the gaming vertical to meet sales and revenue targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.
  3. Support the sales team to achieve high performance and meet sales goals.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align growth initiatives.
  5. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
