A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a Corporate Governance Manager to provide governance support and ensure effective administrative assistance to senior management. Candidates should possess a Masters level qualification in corporate governance and relevant managerial experience within the NHS. The Corporate Governance team is a small and newly formed team which works at pace. Our mission is to achieve and embed good governance across the Trust through providing professional governance advice, supporting regulatory compliance and enabling safe, effective and transparent decision making.
As the Corporate Governance Manager, you will play a fundamental governance role in supporting the Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and Head of Corporate Governance to ensure that professional, effective and efficient administrative support is provided to the Board, Board Committees, and Council of Governors.
The post holder will be responsible for a Corporate Governance Apprentice and work closely with and have professional exposure to the Chair, Non-Executive and Executive Directors as well as senior managers.
