Job summary

Offshore Cayman Firm seeks a Corporate/Funds Associate with approximately 6 years' PQE to relocate from London to Grand Cayman. The role targets candidates from London City or leading UK firms, handling sophisticated, international transactions while embracing the Cayman lifestyle.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years’ PQE, exposure to cross-border work, strong drafting and client-management skills, and an interest in building a long-term offshore career. Funds experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience at a leading UK firm or City practice.
• Exposure to complex cross-border transactions.
• Interest in developing a long-term offshore career.
• Investment funds experience would be advantageous, but not essential.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you will have:
