Job summary

Leading offshore law firm in Grand Cayman is seeking a Corporate / Funds Associate with UK qualification and 5–8 years’ PQE to relocate from London. You will work on sophisticated international corporate/M&A matters and cross-border funds transactions, leveraging your experience from a leading UK firm.

The role offers international exposure, a high-quality work flow, and relocation support to Cayman, enabling a long-term offshore career in a Caribbean setting.

Qualifications

• Around 5–8 years' PQE
• Current or previous UK qualification
• Strong Corporate / M&A experience
• Experience from a leading national UK firm or City practice
• Exposure to complex, cross-border transactions
• Strong technical, drafting and client-management skills
• An interest in developing a long-term offshore career
• Investment Funds experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate/M&A and funds matters for international clients.
• Assist with cross-border transactions and negotiations.
• Draft and review transaction documents with a focus on precision and risk management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across jurisdictions.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you will have:

• Around 5–8 years' PQE
