Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?

Practicus is partnering with Butterfly Conservation to find a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer. Join us in protecting butterflies, moths, and their habitats while helping businesses make a positive impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing corporate donors
• Securing new partnerships with aligned organizations
• Creating proposals, reports, and updates
• Meeting income targets while providing excellent supporter experiences
• Supporting online shop and product partnerships for sustainable goods
• Collaborating with Communications to highlight partnerships
• Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising, preferably corporate fundraising
• Experience working within charities
• Ability to manage diverse relationships
• Experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations
• Developing and implementing fundraising strategies
• Stewarding funder relationships effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for environmental impact
• Flexible working arrangements
• Remote-first culture with support and training opportunities

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
