Practicus are delighted to be partnering with Butterfly Conservation who are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer to help them grow and nurture their amazing network of corporate supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting butterflies, moths and the environments they depend on – while helping businesses make a positive impact. ?

? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing strong relationships with existing corporate donors
  • Identifying and securing new partnerships with values-aligned organisations
  • Creating tailored proposals, reports, and engaging updates
  • Meeting income targets while ensuring top-tier supporter experiences
  • Supporting our online shop and product partnerships to promote sustainable goods
  • Collaborating with our Communications Team to shine a light on our partnerships
  • Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support

? What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven successful experience in a fundraising environment (ideally corporate fundraising)
  • Demonstrable experience working within charities
  • Proven ability to manage and develop senior and diverse relationships
  • Practical experience of using charity CRM systems
  • Knowledge of GDPR legislation and how it applies in a fundraising context
  • Knowledge of laws or regulations specifically relating to fundraising
  • Ability to develop, plan and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Experience of effectively stewarding funder relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A role with purpose and environmental impact

Salary - £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)

Working hours - 2.5 or 3 days per week.

Location - fully remote with occasional travel (few days per year) required to Dorset
