Job summary

A leading conservation charity is seeking a Corporate Fundraising Officer to enhance their network of corporate supporters and drive fundraising efforts to protect butterflies and their habitats. This fully remote position offers a flexible working schedule of 2.5 or 3 days a week, ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive environmental impact.

Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?

Practicus is delighted to partner with Butterfly Conservation to find a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer. This role involves growing and nurturing their network of corporate supporters to help protect butterflies, moths, and their habitats, while enabling businesses to make positive impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing corporate donors
  • Identifying and securing new partnerships with aligned organizations
  • Creating proposals, reports, and updates
  • Achieving income targets while providing excellent supporter experiences
  • Supporting online shop and product partnerships for sustainable goods
  • Collaborating with Communications to highlight partnerships
  • Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support

Requirements:

  • Successful experience in fundraising, preferably corporate fundraising
  • Experience working within charities
  • Ability to manage diverse relationships
  • Experience with charity CRM systems
  • Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations
  • Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for environmental impact

Additional Details:

  • Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)
  • Work hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
  • Location: Fully remote, occasional travel to Dorset
