Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?

Practicus is partnering with Butterfly Conservation, seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer to help grow and nurture their network of corporate supporters. This role offers the chance to protect butterflies, moths, and their habitats while helping businesses make a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing corporate donors
• Identify and secure new partnerships with aligned organizations
• Create proposals, reports, and engaging updates for supporters
• Meet income targets while providing excellent supporter experiences
• Support online shop and product partnerships promoting sustainability
• Collaborate with Communications Team to highlight partnerships
• Advise local volunteer branches on securing business support

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven success in fundraising, preferably corporate fundraising
• Experience working within charities
• Ability to manage senior and diverse relationships
• Practical experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations
• Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies
• Experience stewarding funder relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for environmental causes
• Flexible working arrangements
• Remote-first culture with supportive colleagues

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to Dorset
