Job description

The key purpose of the role is to provide full technical support to the Group Pensions and Employee Benefits Team.

The role includes:
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and insurers to provide comprehensive administrative support for schemes such as Group Personal Pension, Stakeholder, Group Life Assurance, Group Permanent Health Insurance, SSAS, SIPP, Keyperson, and Shareholder Protection.
  • Managing daily scheme administration tasks in line with Client Specific Service Agreements, including processing annual renewals, reviews, and contribution updates.
  • Preparing accurate contribution schedules for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with reporting regulations and timely delivery.
  • Processing new entrants, leavers, retirements, transfers, and death claims.
  • Producing illustrations and new entrant packs.
  • Collaborating with the Group Risk Manager and supporting scheme re-broking processes for group risk clients.
  • Processing new SIPP applications through to policy documentation.
  • Maintaining precise records, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Monitoring an effective diary system.
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, post sorting, scanning, and photocopying.
Key Skills:

Experience supporting administrative functions for corporate IFAs specializing in group pensions and employee benefits is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and numerical, attention to detail, and a professional, dedicated attitude are essential for success in this role.
