Job description

The key purpose of the role is to provide full technical support to the Group Pensions and Employee Benefits Team.

The role:
  1. Liaising with clients, consultants, and insurers to deliver comprehensive administrative support for clients with schemes such as Group Personal Pension, Stakeholder, Group Life Assurance, Group Permanent Health Insurance, SSAS, SIPP, Key Person, and Shareholder Protection.
  2. Executing daily scheme administration tasks in accordance with Client Specific Service Agreements, including processing annual scheme renewals, group life reviews, and monthly contribution updates.
  3. Preparing accurate contribution schedules for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with reporting regulations and timely delivery within regulatory deadlines.
  4. Processing new entrants, leavers, retirements, transfers, and death claims from schemes.
  5. Producing illustrations and new entrant packs.
  6. Liaising with the Group Risk Manager and assisting with the scheme re-broking process for group risk clients.
  7. Preparing illustrations and processing new SIPP applications through to policy documentation.
  8. Maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based records.
  9. Monitoring and operating an effective diary system.
  10. Performing general office duties such as filing, post sorting, scanning, and photocopying.
Key Skills:

Previous experience supporting administrative functions for corporate IFAs specializing in group pensions and employee benefits is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and numerical, are essential, along with a keen eye for detail. A professional, dedicated, and hardworking attitude is necessary to succeed in this role.
