The successful candidate will join as a Corporate Partner, managing existing clients and developing a new portfolio. The corporate team handles a variety of matters including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity, start-ups, and share options, serving clients such as family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies.
Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience handling their own caseloads and possess a proactive, flexible approach. An interest in sectors like manufacturing, engineering, and technology is preferred. The role offers significant career progression, working with highly recommended lawyers on transactions of varying sizes, within a top-ranked team.
