Responsibilities

• The highly rated corporate team is in need of an additional Corporate Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of corporate matters.
• Cover the full remit of corporate law; act for family businesses, banks, financial institutions and listed companies on all types of corporate cases.
• Handle a caseload of corporate files, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups and share options.
• Maintain a proactive and flexible approach to work and contribute to a superb platform to develop expertise within corporate law.
• Interest in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering and technology.
• Work within one of the region’s leading teams and benefit from phenomenal career progression and development.
• Deal with transactions ranging in values as part of a top-ranked team with reputable lawyers.

Requirements

• PQE: 5+ years (minimum 5 years PQE).
