Corporate Finance Partner (Tech) – London

Location: London

Salary: £100,000 - £200,000 + 20% of originated deals

Numero Recruitment is seeking Director and Partner level corporate finance professionals for a growing boutique advisory firm in London, specializing in M&A transactions valued between £5m and £100m within the Technology sector. The firm has worked with over 100 technology-enabled private, public, PE, and VC-backed companies. Their services include:

• Sell side
• Buy side
• Fundraising

The firm emphasizes a partner-led approach with hands-on involvement from each partner, combining corporate finance expertise with operational and consulting experience.

The Role:

• The firm is expanding and seeking a new Partner to lead transactions from start to finish.
• You will manage sell side, buy side, and fundraising deals, acting as the deal leader.
• You will support business development through client pitches and converting leads into clients.
• Opportunity to collaborate with motivated colleagues in a collegiate environment.
• You will contribute to developing the client service team.
• Work autonomously and remotely, with regular face-to-face meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience in buy side, sell side, and fundraising transactions with a successful closing record.
• Sector experience in TMT (technology, media, telecoms) is advantageous but not essential.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude, capable of working independently.
• Currently at Associate Director, Director, VP, or equivalent level in corporate M&A, corporate development, strategy, private equity, or VC roles.
• Deal origination experience is a plus, but full deal execution experience is more critical.
