Our client is a highly successful, national Corporate Finance House experiencing a strong period of growth within their new Milton Keynes office. They are now seeking a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Manager or Associate Director to assist in this growth.
They are looking for dynamic, qualified Chartered Accountants with a few years of post-qualified experience in a deals environment, aiming to advance their career within mid-market Corporate Finance in the Midlands/South Midlands. You will play a key role in various lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advice.
