Qualifications required: CCAB qualified accountant
Ventro and Firntec are sister companies focused on fire-safety installation, maintenance and surveying services. Together, these companies generate an annual revenue of approximately £50m. Due to rapid growth—both organic and through acquisition—we are seeking a technically strong Corporate Finance & Reporting Manager to join our finance team (comprising 10 members) based in Plymouth. Reporting to the CFO, this role requires a qualified accountant to lead reporting and budgeting for the overall business and oversee financial aspects of our acquisition program. This includes producing management accounts for acquired entities before full integration.
While the role initially has no direct reports, matrix and project management skills are essential. We anticipate significant growth and are looking for an individual who can eventually build and motivate a small team.
Experience in corporate finance is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. The role is suitable for a practice accountant seeking to broaden their industry experience or an industry accountant interested in corporate finance.
