Overview

orporate Finance Manager - Manchester

Our growing client based in Manchester are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager. Working in a partner led team you would typically be part team covering a wide variety of clients, and gain exposure to diverse types of industry sectors. Duties will include:

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling / cashflow forecasts
• Producing and appraising business plans and financial budgets
• Business valuations
• Acquirer / target research
• Producing sales memoranda
• Financial due diligence reviews on behalf of buyers / investors including detailed analysis of key financial indicators
• Liaising with management teams and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of services

Additional responsibilities

You will also be responsible for the management of CF executives. There is a fast track to partnership available in the role

Salary and location

The salary on offer is up to 70k, dependent upon experience, plus bonus. The ideal candidate MUST be north-west based and ideally have 2 to 3 year experience in a Corporate Finance Team.
