Significant experience in debt advisory, capital markets, credit ratings, or corporate treasury—preferably within a bank, advisory firm, credit agency, or infrastructure company
A strong foundation in corporate finance principles
Proficiency in credit assessment techniques and debt market analysis
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
Excellent writing and communication abilities, with a knack for translating technical concepts into actionable insights
An understanding of UK regulated infrastructure and typical financing structures within the utilities sector is advantageous. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable.
