About Our Client

Job Description
- Ensure accuracy of Financial Statements.
- Internal Collaboration with different finance teams.
- Get involved with elements of Treasury Accounting: Daily cash analysis, cash reviews, partner with Global Treasury Stakeholders.
- Quarterly reporting pack responsibilities.
- Review of submission & validation of data into Cognos.
- Responsible for the P&L and reconciling BS - maintain detailed & timely reconciliations for each balance sheet.
- Make sure processes are documented accordingly for SOX and ensure appropriate financial controls are in place.
- Review of UK companies' financial statements.
- Preparation of statutory accounts under FRS101.
- IFRS knowledge - ideally IFRS9 / 13.
The Successful Applicant
- Immediately available.
- Audit & Financial Accounting / Reporting background with Treasury / Corporate accounting exposure.
- SOX experience & US GAAP understanding.
- Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA.
- Cognos experience is ideal.
