Job Title: Director, Financial Services Corporate Finance - London

We’re seeking a talented individual to support the growth of our Financial Services Corporate Finance team and join as Director in London. As Director, you will play a key role in leading and managing client relationships, with the aim of developing new business from your current client base and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

Client service/Client work

• Provide excellent client service at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience and services aligned with the group’s Conduct Risk framework.
• Achieve the Exceptional Advisor competencies and status.
• Ensure high-quality, proactive, and timely advice and services for clients.
• Ensure clients’ requirements are serviced by appropriately senior team members with the capacity to deliver high standards.

Growing the Business

• Promote and enhance the group’s reputation internally and externally.
• Contribute to business strategy to prioritize client interests and ensure commercial viability.
• Build and cultivate relationships with current and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue key targets.

Staff management and development

• Lead effectively according to the Exceptional Leader profile and competencies.
• Maintain and develop high standards of technical and professional competence within your team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling complex clients.
• Extensive knowledge in practice area.
• Technical leadership skills.
• Experience in staff management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent marketing and business development abilities with strong commercial awareness.

Professional Qualifications and Education

• ICAEW (from Corporate Finance Faculty), ACA, or equivalent.
