Job summary

Crowe in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to support transaction services and lead advisory engagements. The role reports to the Director and Partner within the Corporate Finance Team.

You'll assist in planning and executing due diligence, financial modelling, information memoranda, and client presentations, while building relationships with banks, lawyers, and other intermediaries.

Qualifications

• Audit background strongly preferred.
• ACA or ACCA qualification with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of due diligence assignments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other internal departments.
• Prepare information request lists and validate data.
• Prepare comprehensive data book analyses based on financial information received.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information and documentation.
• Identify trends and outliers in financial data and explain them.
• Deliver concise due diligence reports.
• Prepare Information Memorandum and Business Plans for lead advisory engagements.
• Develop financial models (cash flow/financing).
• Conduct M&A analysis to identify targets or buyers.
• Prepare presentations and pitches for new business.
• Liaise with clients, funders and intermediaries during transactions.
• Build relationships with local intermediary networks (banks, lawyers).
