Job description

We are currently partnering with a successful and well-regarded consultancy in the search for a Corporate Finance Executive. The role will have responsibility for all aspects of the transaction lifecycle - this is an exciting, broad, and varied project-focused position.

Key elements to the role will include the following:

  1. Perform detailed financial analysis in respect of the current client base.
  2. Identify relevant business development opportunities through industry analysis and key market insights/market valuation metrics.
  3. Produce and perform relevant presentations to win new business opportunities.
  4. Support the team with ad hoc M&A transactions focused projects on a day-to-day basis.

We are seeking bright, ambitious individuals who have high expectations for themselves but also enjoy working within an open, team-oriented, inclusive culture.

This is an SME environment, so there is huge scope for breadth within the role, working across numerous sectors and types of clients.

You will most likely be educated to degree level and also possess a relevant finance qualification - ACA, CA, or CFA (could be overseas equivalent).

Previous corporate finance/M&A experience would be valuable; however, we are also open to bright, high performers looking to move across from audit.

The role is based near Newbury, Berks. Applicants will need to hold a UK driving license and have access to a car as the offices are not accessible via public transport. Free parking is available on site.
