Corporate Finance Executive

Job Title: Corporate Finance Executive

We are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive to join our growing team in Reading. With a client base covering the Thames Valley and London, the role will be responsible for the requirements of a number of OMBs and larger businesses looking to buy/sell companies as part of their corporate strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the preparation of all key financial analysis for potential acquirers & investors (historic and forecast information)
2. Managing data requests, collation, and interpretation
3. Purchaser researcher on sell-side assignments
4. Assisting with the collation and presentation of financial information at the due diligence stage
5. Project management of transactions
6. Supporting the team with in-depth commercial investigation into client businesses (market sentiment, industry specifics, and competitor positioning)

Qualifications:

To be considered for the position, you should be degree-educated, ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Finance. You should be able to demonstrate a basic awareness of how corporate deals are structured, the processes involved, and be comfortable dealing with business owners and internal CF specialists.
