Job Opportunity: Newly Qualified Audit Senior / Corporate Finance Senior

TPF Recruitment is seeking a Newly Qualified Audit Senior or Corporate Finance Senior to join a leading firm of chartered accountants in Maidstone, Kent. The ideal candidate will have qualified within the last two years in a medium to large practice and is looking to transition into a Corporate Finance Executive role.

The firm offers full support and training to help you reach your career potential. You will join a specialist team of corporate finance advisors providing independent expert services to private equity and owner-managed businesses. This role offers exposure to all aspects of corporate finance within one of the UK's most respected and award-winning teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of Financial Due Diligence reports for:
• Corporate acquisitions
• Private equity investments
• Bank pre-lending reviews
• Liaising with clients, funders, and intermediaries during transaction execution
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., tax)
• Report writing, including Information Memorandum and Business Plans
• Financial modelling, such as cash flow and financing models
• M&A analysis to identify potential targets or buyers
• Researching and preparing presentations/sales pitches
• Building relationships with local intermediaries like banks and lawyers

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
• Extensive audit or corporate finance experience within a practice environment
• Analytical mindset with a desire to progress in corporate finance
