About Our Client

A highly successful corporate finance firm, based in the Midlands that services the upper-mid market. There are excellent prospects for career progression and development in this firm and role, as you will have the opportunity to work closely and directly with highly experienced and well-regarded professionals in this field, as a key right-hand support, delivering on wide-ranging project work.

Job Description

  1. Researching and summarising rationale for buyers for disposal mandates and targets for buyside mandates
  2. Researching valuations for disposal and buyside mandates
  3. Identifying targets for buyside mandates
  4. Approaching buyers on sell-side mandates with supervision by senior team members
  5. Managing your own workload and keeping other team members informed of progress
  6. Taking an active role in team business development activities and networking alongside other team members
  7. Prepare transaction documents (IM, Business Plan, Offer summaries etc.) in conjunction with and for review by more senior team members
  8. Preparation of financial models using Excel

The Successful Applicant

  1. Hold a relevant accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / ICAS)
  2. Prior experience in Deals is desirable
