Our small, relationship-driven team focuses on overseeing competition remedies for domestic and cross-border transactions, including monitoring commitments like business carve-outs, corporate disposals, and long-term behavioral undertakings. You'll make an impact by:

  1. Working closely with senior professionals, gaining exposure to various businesses, sectors, and case types.
  2. Assessing detailed remedy measures, collaborating with management, and reporting to regulators.
  3. Developing your ability to identify business opportunities and understanding how competition regulation affects mergers, market investigations, and State Aid cases.
