What You'll Do

As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will support the execution of complex transactions while contributing to the delivery of high-quality strategic advice for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memorandums
  • Conducting sector research to support client engagements and pitch development
  • Supporting or leading financial due diligence processes with third-party advisors
  • Reviewing legal documentation and offering analytical input
  • Working closely with accountants, lawyers, bankers and investors throughout deal processes
  • Contributing to client presentations and business development initiatives
  • Demonstrating an understanding of key legal and taxation considerations relevant to M&A

What We're Looking For

  • A strong academic record (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent)
  • ACA/CA qualified or qualified by experience, ideally from a Top 6 accountancy firm
  • Experience in audit, transaction services, restructuring, or corporate finance
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and reporting skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
