An exciting opportunity to join a growing corporate finance team with a strong project pipeline in sight. The potential for an exceptional career path is available to you and the opportunity to make your mark.

We are seeking a PQE qualified ACA or ACCA lead advisory professional for the position of Associate Director. A few years PQE is ideal, and we are looking for the "right person" who is willing to learn and develop.

An insight into your responsibilities:

  1. Involvement in Financial Due Diligence assignments for new and existing clients.
  2. Assist in various lead advisory assignments.
  3. Create business plans and financial models across Corporate Finance projects, including M&A, fundraising, MBOs, and disposals.
  4. Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities.
  5. Produce financial forecasts and business information.
  6. Researching and marketing for potential buyers/sellers.
  7. Participate in networking events.
  8. Assist with client queries.

You must have a strong desire to work and successfully develop a career within Corporate Finance.
