As a Corporate Finance Associate, you’ll ensure transactions are moved forward in a timely fashion. Your involvement will be from the very start, performing initial analysis and research, following through to completion while managing multiple senior stakeholders and problem-solving at every turn.

Where you’ll work…
You can be based from either of our Romsey, Woking, or Gloucester sites, and there will be an element of travel involved. Please see details for each location below:
Romsey: Located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the New Forest District and the south coast, with hybrid and flexible working options. The site features a manor house setting, ample parking, an on-site gym, and a springtime driveway full of daffodils.
Woking: Situated in a modern building on the outskirts of London, with hybrid and flexible working options. Rated excellent for sustainability by BREEAM & Fitwel, it offers easy access to London, nearby secure parking, and dedicated cycle storage.
Gloucester: Located in a business park near junction 11A of the M5, with easy access to local clients. Set on the Cotswolds outskirts, ideal for picturesque views and lunchtime walks.
