Job Description

You will be leading on transactions from start to finish: lead generation, pitching, due diligence and execution. As well as taking a lead internally with development of management and the Midlands brand.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have ambitions to develop into a partner in the future.

Ideally qualified ACA, ACCA or CFA
Experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions or in-house M&A as a lead advisor
Strong project management skills
Team management, mentoring, leadership
Ensure best practice
Origination, building network across private equity, OMB's, etc.

What's on Offer
