Corporate Finance Analyst

The client is an international consultancy focusing on strategic and transactional services within the renewable energy and cleantech industries. Founded in 2008 and based in Berlin, the firm assists organizations and investors in advancing the energy transition.

The Position:

You will collaborate with leading global clients and fast-growing companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity fundraising in sectors such as renewable energy, digital energy, e-mobility, and cleantech. As part of the corporate finance team, your role will involve delivering high-quality analysis and advice, ensuring the timely execution of transactions, and gaining insights into the businesses and innovations shaping the energy transition. Additionally, you may occasionally have the opportunity to work alongside our esteemed strategy consulting teams.

Key Skills:

1. Master’s degree in finance from one of Europe’s leading educational institutions
2. Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
3. Clear evidence of your appetite for corporate finance (whether while in education or at a bank, boutique, or in-house M&A team)
4. Financial modelling skills and robust understanding of main financial concepts
