Job Title: Corporate Finance Accountant

Are you an experienced Accountant within Public Practice looking for a way into Corporate Finance or Forensic Accounting?

I am working with a leading Corporate Finance Consultancy Firm who are looking for an experienced Accountant to join their team in Norwich as a Corporate Finance Accountant, dealing with 60% general practice work and 40% Corporate finance/forensic work. The position offers a salary of £40,000.

This firm specialises in forensics, corporate finance, debt, restructuring, and financial advisory, delivering strategic solutions across a broad range of situations. Within the office in Norwich, they also have a General Practice arm to the Firm which deals with the retained work that their Corporate Finance clients require support with.

As the Corporate Finance Accountant, you will be joining a team of 26 within the Norwich office, preparing statutory accounts, personal tax returns, personal tax planning, and advisory. You will also be involved in debt restructuring, forensic accounting, eye witness work, and mergers and acquisitions.

This Corporate Finance Accountant role offers real progression and the chance to be involved in some interesting work for around 230 clients for a well-developed national Firm. Recent success stories include a newly qualified Accountant reaching Associate Director level within 4 years of joining the Firm.
