Corporate Estate Manager – 12 Month FTC – London – Up to £55,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance

An immediate requirement has arisen for a Commercial Estate Manager to join a leading property consultancy in London on a 12month Fixed Term Assignment. The role is working on a high profile estate in London offering up to £55,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a Commercial property portfolio where you will be carrying out property inspections, tenant liaison and lease management

The Role:

  • This role involves property inspections, tenant liaison, lease management, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance works to ensure properties are compliant, attractive, and operating efficiently. Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety and legal requirements. Develop and manage service charge budgets; oversee expenditure and cost efficiency. Build strong relationships with tenants and respond promptly to enquiries and issues. Manage lease events such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations in collaboration with legal teams and agents. Oversee facilities and maintenance contractors, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. Prepare reports for clients and senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in commercial property/estate management. Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, service charge budgeting, and property compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively. Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite. MRICS qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
