An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm within its highly ranked Corporate team in London. The team has strong experience in complex M&A and joint venture transactions, particularly within the Energy and Resources sector, with a strong focus on oil and gas

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

• Be between 2-6 years PQE


\t

• Experience in the Energy and Resources sector, particularly in oil and gas, is essential.


\t

• Strong post-qualification experience in M&A and joint venture transactions.


\t

• Strong client relationship and business development skills;


\t

• Ability to provide practical, clear advice.


\t

• Excellent communication skills.


\t

• Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
