Job Description: Corporate Director

This client-focused firm, located in the Glasgow area, is progressing through its succession plan following a recent restructure. It is currently seeking a Corporate Director to support its busy corporate team. The role is based in Glasgow city centre, with the firm operating a hybrid working model.

The corporate team provides advice to businesses of all sizes on various aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, including:

1. The incorporation, purchase, and sale of companies
2. Shareholders’ Agreements
3. Business and Asset acquisitions
4. The formation of Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships
5. The incorporation of Community Interest Companies (CICs)

The ideal candidate will have between 2 years PQE and Partner level.
