Job Title: Corporate Development Director

The role of Corporate Development Director is crucial to us. You will lead the buy-back of Inflexion’s minority stake, including designing and executing a complex refinancing. Your Responsibilities

Refinancing & Share Buy-Back

  • Assist the Executive Chairman with structuring and executing the buy-back of Inflexion’s shareholding.
  • Collaborate with the Group Treasurer to design and implement a refinancing strategy, assessing funding options and capital structure.
  • Manage due diligence, financial modeling, and stakeholder communications throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with banks, investors, advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Ad Hoc M&A Execution

  • Monitor the market for acquisition opportunities aligned with group strategy.
  • Evaluate deals, prepare financial models, and oversee transaction processes.
  • Manage diligence activities, coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams, and present recommendations to the Board.
  • Oversee post-closing processes, integration planning, and performance tracking of acquired businesses.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic record, including a degree at 2:1 or above.
  • Finance or MBA qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • At least 5 years of international M&A experience within high-growth environments or advisory firms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with leadership capabilities.
  • Openness to change, adaptability, and willingness to travel internationally.
