BTO Solicitors LLP in Glasgow invites a Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join the corporate crime, regulatory and investigations team. You will work with Ramsay Hall, Partner, on advising clients across sectors on corporate crime, internal investigations and regulatory developments in a growing area of law.

The role is hybrid in Glasgow, with hours 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits; further information is on the Careers page.

Formación

• Ability to provide clear written legal advice
• Interest in emerging regulatory developments
• Ability to build working relationships with clients (corporates)

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients across a range of sectors on corporate crime and regulatory developments such as bribery, fraud and broader regulatory matters.
• Advising on internal investigations.
• Advising clients through regulatory investigations.
• Representing clients facing enforcement action, including criminal prosecutions.
• Assisting with business development and networking initiatives.
