Job description

DESCRIPTION

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

We are looking for an exceptional attorney to join the product counseling legal team supporting Project Kuiper. This role will lead product counseling support for strategic initiatives related to our customer facing products and services in Europe, including the way customers can access and purchase service. You will be responsible for counseling Project Kuiper's product, marketing, engineering, compliance, and operations teams on a wide range of issues across our business. You will work directly with the business and other legal teams to handle legal issues in business-centric ways and develop processes that address risk while allowing the business flexibility and freedom to quickly develop services that prioritize and delight our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 5 years of post-qualification legal experience at a law firm or in-house counsel role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
- Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams
