Primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, editing, and negotiating a broad range of agreements, regulatory review and analysis, and providing guidance on general corporate and preventative law initiatives along with management of outside counsel.

This position will provide advice and support at the corporate and local operation levels, through contract negotiation, review and drafting, regulatory review, drafting, and compliance, short and long-term legal risk assessment, meaningful partnership, and collaboration with the business on strategic legal initiatives, training and managing outside counsel.

This role will require someone that can think through problems, navigate the legal and regulatory environment, and find ways to facilitate change.
