About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Communications Manager to join our Communications team. The role involves developing and executing strategic internal communications to enhance ICIS's brand reputation, drive employee engagement, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong background in corporate and internal communications, excellent writing skills, and the ability to develop creative campaigns and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies aligned with ICIS's purpose, goals, and values.
  • Create compelling content for internal audiences, including stories, blogs, speeches, presentations, and executive messages.
  • Manage internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on messaging and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in corporate communications.
  • Coordinate with HR and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and support organizational initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement through campaigns celebrating achievements and cultural initiatives.
  • Manage internal communication platforms for accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Advise leadership on communication best practices and employee engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • Significant experience in corporate or internal communications.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for clear, engaging content.
  • Experience working with senior executives on messaging strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools, social media, and content management systems.
