Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Somerset

A well-established and highly regarded Somerset practice have a new opening for an experienced corporate commercial solicitor to join their expanding team to handle a wide range of corporate transactions for individuals, partnerships, and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements (e.g., partnership/shareholders, agency)
• Handle changes to company constitutions, share structures, and secretarial tasks
• Draft terms and conditions
• Oversee sales and purchases (both share and assets), debentures, directors' guarantees, commercial contracts, franchises, joint ventures, and company refinancing
• Provide clear, decisive advice to business and private clients
• Manage time effectively and ensure client matters progress smoothly
• Collaborate with commercial colleagues on projects
• Build strong client relationships and market yourself and the firm

Candidate requirements:

• 3+ years PQE and strong technical expertise in corporate commercial matters
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercially aware and capable of building client relationships and business development
