We are currently looking to recruit a corporate lawyer for a client with offices in Lincoln. You must have experience in a variety of corporate transactions including business start-ups and formations, mergers and acquisitions, drafting of shareholder agreements, disposals and reorganisations and joint ventures. You may also be called upon to draft commercial documents such as supply and franchise agreements. Opportunity to join a growing and busy team offering support and progression. Those with links to Lincolnshire might be preferred. Candidates in the region of 2-8 yrs pqe are of most interest.
