Our highly successful practice is seeking to appoint a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to its established team. Applications are welcomed from candidates with 2-7 years' PQE, aligning with the role's requirements.

Typical responsibilities include:

1. Start-ups (company formations, partnerships, LLP conversions)
2. Corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, share distributions)
3. Restructuring, business finance, and equity issues
4. Drafting Terms of Business
5. Commercial agreements (supply, IT, franchise, data privacy), including drafting and negotiations
6. Franchise agreements and joint ventures
