Job description

Our long-standing client has an urgent requirement for a junior / mid-level solicitor to support a delightful partner with their busy practice.

Based in a prime West End location, this firm hasa loyal client base and history especially in the real estate and entrepreneur sphere.

Their Corporate Commercial partner is extremely busy and turning work away, so is recruiting fora capable associate with a good range of mid-market experience and strong client skills.

Work will likely include, for example:

• Drafting and restructuring of shareholder agreements
• Acquisition and sale of shares in property holding companies
• Offshore/onshore transactions, representing owners and purchasers
• Facility agreements
• Security agreements

We are therefore looking for a candidate with a good understanding of commercial contracts in small and mid-sized businesses as well as transactional M&A and finance.

Candidates are likely to have experience in a high quality small or mid-sized firm, where you will havehad a good range of hands-on experience acting for a range of SME and individual clients.
