Corporate and Commercial Solicitor – Sheffield

A leading law firm in Sheffield is seeking a skilled Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 1-3 years of experience in a reputable law firm to take the next step in their career.

This position offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements
• Advising on terms and conditions for goods and services
• Providing guidance on data protection and privacy laws
• Handling mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions
• Advising on financing, loan documentation and corporate structures
• Drafting and negotiating partnership and LLP agreements
• Collaborating closely with clients to provide commercially sound legal solutions
• Contributing to business development and marketing to strengthen the firm's profile
