About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to join a dynamic and growing team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the department’s future growth.

• Handling a varied caseload of relevant legal matters.
• Advising clients on key practice area topics.
• Managing relationships with clients in a sensitive and professional manner.
• Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documents.
• Supporting business development initiatives to enhance the firm’s offering.

To be successful in this role, you will

• Be a qualified Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE in your practice area.
• Have strong technical knowledge and an ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Show initiative and a proactive approach to growing the department.
• Be keen to develop your expertise and progress within the firm.
