Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, London - National law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly reputable shipping team. JOB REF: 6406.


• An experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor with specialist expertise in commercial maritime transactions is required by this Top 50 Law firm.

• Successful candidates will be qualified Solicitors with at least 5 years PQE with experience working within a shipping team.

• You will manage a busy caseload of commercial maritime transactions including sale and purchase, construction, finance and corporate work.

• You will be responsible for the management and supervision of more junior members of the team.

• Personal qualities will include exceptional client service, team working, strong communication, as well a proactive approach to business development initiatives.

• You will be joining an expanding team within a supportive and collaborative law firm that encourages individuals to explore and develop their career through building technical and personal skills.
