Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Location:Bristol
Salary:Competitive (Up to £65,000 DOE)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with NQ–4 years’ PQE to join a leading commercial firm in Bristol. This role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of transactional work, acting for a diverse client base that includes SMEs, large corporates, and national institutions.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-quality matters and take ownership of your own files as you develop within the team. The role will involve:

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and NDAs.
• Supporting clients through restructures, share sales, and asset deals.
• Advising on data protection, IP, and IT contracts.
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value corporate and commercial matters.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with NQ–4 years’ PQE in corporate or commercial law.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, particularly in drafting and negotiation.
• Be confident in managing client relationships and providing commercially sound advice.
• Show initiative and a commercial mindset, with a strong interest in business development.
• Thrive in a collaborative and high-performing legal team.
